SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Shipping on 90% of orders will be via a courier service. When you place your order we ask which delivery date you would prefer and we will dispatch for that date. We cannot be held responsible for any delays by the courier, so would advise your delivery date is at least 2 working days before your operation. Please note if you require your order urgently, within 3 working days please get in touch to confirm availability before you place your order.

 

All orders will be delivered on standard delivery service (unless upgraded) which are weekdays only (excluding public holidays) between 8am & 5.30pm. Saturday delivery's and before noon delivery's are available for an additional charge and can be added to your order. A signature will be required on delivery, if you are unavailable the courier will try to redeliver your parcel the following working day.

Returning Your Hire

All our hires include a free return service once you have completed your posturing, please repackage the items in the boxes they arrived in and remove the shipping label.  There are two options for returning, we can collect the items from the address of your choice, weekdays only (excluding public holidays) between 8am & 6pm. Alternatively we can email you a returns label to put on your items and take to your local post office at your convenience. Returns are done by completing our online return form or by emailing, texting or calling us.
